Welcome to GrowthInFaith. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GrowthInFaith mobile app and growthinfaith.org website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you're under 18, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

Your Account

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password, and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

The Service

GrowthInFaith provides weekly faith-based challenges, habit tracking, guided reflection, and a community space to share wins, struggles, prayers, and testimonials. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we don't guarantee the Service will always be available without interruption.

Community Content and Conduct

You're solely responsible for the content you post, including community posts, reflections, and any photos or notes you submit. By posting content, you grant GrowthInFaith a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store that content as needed to operate the Service (for example, showing your public posts to other users).

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harassing, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory
• Is spam, misleading, or unrelated to the purpose of the community
• Infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Is sexually explicit or otherwise inappropriate for a general audience

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

Respectful Use

GrowthInFaith is meant to be a supportive, encouraging space. Please engage with others the way you'd want to be treated — this isn't a place for judgment, spam, or self-promotion unrelated to personal growth.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features of the Service may be offered as paid upgrades or subscriptions in the future. Any such purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and processed by Apple or Google and are also subject to their respective terms and refund policies.

Intellectual Property

The GrowthInFaith name, logo, app design, and original content (excluding content you post) are owned by GrowthInFaith and may not be copied, modified, or used without our permission.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GrowthInFaith is a tool to support your personal spiritual growth and is not a substitute for pastoral counsel, mental health care, or professional advice. Use your own judgment, and seek qualified help when you need it.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrowthInFaith won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

Governing Law
